As the pressure continues to grow to eliminate scrap going in the landfill, producers of the plastics will be accounted for the scrap generated by their customer if it is not being recycled. Most of the major producers do not have the manpower to support this type of service for their customers. We provide this service to all our suppliers as part of “Total Plastic Solution”. Many of our current suppliers just give our name to their customers when they have any problem or question with the recycling of the scrap. From then on, one of our qualified sales people would work with the customer to figure out a good practical solution for handling their scrap. In many instances, we work with the customer and develop a customized program so that the recycled material can be reused either by the orginal producer or the customer. We believe that if a certifiable material is produced from the scrap then the producer or customer has better value for the material then just selling the scrap in the open market.

Landfill
Management
We provide “Total Plastic Solutions” to minimize the scrap going to the landfill. Producers of the plastic and processors of the plastic resins are facing lot of restrictions about material going the landfill. In many states, several government agencies need to be notified about how much material is sent to the landfill. We look into the overall scope of recycling with our costumers. If there is need to do the management of the materials going to the landfill, that is one additional service that we provide to our valued customers.

Close loop recycling
“ Supplier has the best value for their scrap ”. Based on that philosophy, we provide supplier with choice of recycling their scrap into processed material and bring it back to them for reuse. We have almost all the processes inkling shredding/grinding, pulverizing, drying, blending, extrusion, injection molding etc. which allows us to recycle most any type of plastic scrap. We also have complete testing facility including ISO certification to certify the finished product going back to the supplier.
